Is it possible to convert a two car garage into an indoor pool?

would I be able to get permission to convert a two car garage into an indoor pool. Did anyone do so? I live in CA the bay area if that helps.

   If I was you I would first , contact your town hall and see if you can even do this . You would need a city permit for a contractor to even begun this project .
