  1. Your Mom says:

    Yep. They got your picture!

  2. quantumrift says:

doubtful, unless they are using a camera to get a pic and send you a citation.

  3. Dee W says:

Most likely. They take a snapshot picture of license plates.

  4. Crystal S says:

You wrote with a passenger….so if you drove through with a passenger, then no.

  5. What does a passenger have to do with anything?

Anyway, I have drove through 2 toll booths on accident in the past 6 months and neither one has sent me a ticket. They are supposed to though, that is why they have cameras that face your license plate.

Wait for your fine ..smile you were on camera .dude

  7. Anna says:

Yes, they take a picture of your license plate and send a ticket to the registered owner. Might be a while before you get it though.

First Time is always a warning. Its happened to me before.
    Nothing to worry about.

Well if your lucky no….But more than likely if theyre needing money, you can count on it!!

  10. UCANTCME says:

It got you and you should be receiving that special letter within 7 to 10 days.

First off, ‘w/’ means WITH a passenger. ‘w/o’ means WITH OUT a passenger.

Each state has a different law regarding the HOV lane.

In Arizona, you only get a ticket for driving in the Car Pool Lane Monday – Friday during rush hour. (I don’t remember the times…)

The signs are kinda small so most people don’t realize that on weekends and on off times the HOV/Car Pool Lane is open to everyone.

In Illinois they take a picture when you go through the Toll Booth. (But we don’t have car pool lanes)

I hate to give you such a poor answer but your chances are 50/50.

I would say your chances are more on the “no” side but each state can act completely different then another so it depends on how many Dem’s are in office… If it is a Rep State then they might not care but if the Dem’s put in the HOV Lane to decrease the carbon foot print of your state then you are screwed. They take the HOV lane VERY seriously.

watch your mail for a ticket.

  13. arlene says:

it depends on the rules for this particular area.
